Would you allow a diabetic cut in line ahead of you?!

Question: Probably not since my mom is Diabetic and I have to go through alot to get her dizziness up to the line and convince her to eat something to feel better. Then she has to remember to take a pill so she can actually eat food ( she has gastroparasis).

Not to be mean, but it would still be a line of Diabetics, would it not?

P.S. I am assumeing the line for food or drinks since this is in Food & Drinks. I am seeing a pattern of people not reading what section they are in.

Added: Sounds more like she was a McPatient Person that found a lie to get her things she wants faster. Sadly there are some jerks that lie to get what they want faster and when they want. This is one of those lies that gets used.

Added2: Let me tell you what would happen if I wasn't with my mom. She would forget to eat. So then after people made comments to her and stared at her or she started to feel odd, she would go to the closest place to get food. Likely a Gas Station.

* Gas Station : If she were to go into a Gas Station she would immediately grab sugary food between the door and the line. She would then be eatting, likely, a candy bar in line in a likeness to that of a squirrel. Upon getting to the counter they can charge her for the Candy Bar, anything else she grabbed, and tell them to charge her for a drink since they have Fountains at Gas stations and don't need the product in your hand. She would then go get a cola from the Fountain of the size they charged her for and posibly call friends and family in the car while she waits until she is safe to drive.

* Fast Food : Were she to come across a McDonalds or such first, she would go through the drive through.. likely scrapeing the car against things and probably driving up curbs. She would order and pull into a parking spot to eat and drink.

* Store : In stores, she tries to grab a bottle of pop first and start drinking it, then head towards the line,.. there will be high sugar things next to the line. There she will grab sugar and, posibly, start eatting it while she waits in line. Like in a Gas Station you pay when you get to the cash register.. even if you have been eatting and drinking in the store. Stores and Gas Stations are use to it.

She would not ditch a line yelling " I'm Diabetic so I get to ditch line. Give me a Big Mac, you people suck, food here sucks,.. the customers suck,.. I WANT QUALITY PUT INTO THE BIG MAC!"

yes

No, only under special circumstances.

Is this diabetic starting to have a reaction due to low blood sugar? Absolutely I would allow him/her to cut in front of me, I would also do the right thing and see if I could be of any assistance and call someone. Gees what kind of question is that? Put yourself in their position.

Only if he was in urgent need of a sugar boost if he was having a hypoglycemic attack.
I would expect all others to wait in line.

Which line?
The line for getting blood glucose level checked?
Yes.

The line at the bank? NO.

The line in a public restroom? Yes.

The line at best buy on the day after Thanksgiving after camping out all night to get the big deals? NO.

Why not? Lets not act childish. it is childish for them to cut in front of you in a line but it is equally childish to make a big deal out of it. Honestly, who cares? It also depends on the circumstances. What line are you in? Are they having an insulin attack?

more then likely, then again any one pale and sweaty and shaky who ask to get food before me would be fine by me.

How would you know they are diabetic? If I saw someone pale and shaky I would think they were on drugs. If I knew they were a diabetic I would let them go but they should ALWAYS be prepared.

Well, that doesn't sound like she was a diabetic having an emergency. It sounds like she's just a *****. See, HOW would you really know if someone is a diabetic? Wait your freakin turn in line and never leave home unprepared.

Depends, if I'm at the front of a long line, then yes, but it's just me, then no.

If it is a line for orange juice yes.If it is a line at Best Buy no. A disease does not entile you to be rude.

depends

I agree with mission.

Only if their glucose was dropping and they were purchasing glucosamine or a candy bar. Diabetics really do not need any special treatment as far physical needs. They can sit, stand, run, jump and do anything as a non diabetic if they keep their blood sugars under control.

ONLY and only IF I was in an insulin line. But, since I don't have diabetes, I wouldn't be there. So the answer is no.

Yes,if they were having low blood sugar problems,I definitely would let them cut ahead of me in line.

If she was diabetic she shouldnt have been at mcdonalds in the first place..and America is in such a f_____g hurry to get every where they dont think they should have to wait...like when you see a car at a stoplight..theyre always rolling real slowly...just cant stop..you should have told her to get her fat *** back in line!!!!!! If Karma doesnt get her..caramel will!
