I eat breakfast every morning! I have a bowl of rice with surgar and bananas in it! (sorry, I'm living in China!)

I have either a bowl of cornflakes, or jam on toast.

I eat a cold lump of poison, and drink a glass of radioactive waste water every morning...

I CANNOT go without breakfast, even if it's just scrambled eggs and toast. Breakfast is my favorite meal. I think my favorite breakfast item would have to be corned beef hash, it's simply amazing :D

Nothing spectacular- wheat bread with a few ounces of low fat cheddar cheese grilled and coffee.

I most often have 3 scrambled eggs, 3 links of turkey breakfast sausage and 2 slices of toast.

I wasn't in the habit of eating breakfast until recently. However, I now regularly start the day with a bowl of vitamin-rich cereal such as Total or Wheaties with soy milk. I can't really digest cow milk any more.

On cold mornings, I fix instant oatmeal. I like to sprinkle cranberry-raisins on top for a nice, tart addition.

Finally, I drink a cup of coffee to wash it all down.

In breakfast mostly eat light thinngs b'coz if u eat heavy then there will be no intension of havg lunch

I read a book called Fit For Life a few years ago and it recommends eating only fruit before noon because it is easy to digest and helps the body in it's elimination cycle. It has worked well for me.

anyway,
breakfast is the most important meal of the day,
so if your not eating breakfast, you should.
i eat cereal most of the time.
cereal is a good source of whole wheat, and calcium,
so its a great booster.
eggs are good too.
eggs have something in them that helps you stay full for a couple of hours, or until lunch.
rice is a good meal too.
things like toast dont make you full at all.
one spoonfull of rice gives you more energy than toast, or a piece of bread.
having rice in the morning with any side dish will keep you energized and full for the rest of the day.

most of the time i do eat breakfst but its only a small one.generally i have an apple or a really small bowl of cereal. jstu enough to keep my stomach grumbling until lunch time. however, on the weekends i don' t have breakfast

Im a Filipino so everyday I eat rice for breakfast,-garlic fried rice,specifically. I either have tapas or longanisa (local sausages) paired with sunny side up egg...with hot hot chocolate...
