Food with a lot of fiber?!
Answers: what are some simple foods with fiber in them?
Fruit, vegetables, unpolished rice, wild rice, prunes, apricots, yam, tapioca, bran, oats, etc. All very healthy stuff!

Brown rice, or anything whole grain for that matter. Trust me, you will poop like crazy once you make the switch!
Celery, broccoli, beans, they are good sources of fiber. =)
-strawberries
-milton brand whole grain bread... each slice has 5 grams of fiber
-whole grain cereals
-nuts
-add flax seeds to different things
-kashi brand snack bars are decent too.
just to name a few...
white and brown rice, wheat pasta, pasta, beans, fruit,peanuts, green and red peppers, bananas, bread...
Shredded wheat cereal is good too.
