Lunches that can be eaten cold or room temp for kids?!

Question: My children (3 and 5 yrs) are so tired of the lunches I that I have been packing for them and so am I. P&J, fruit, and other snacks is what I pack for them. They come home hungry and the lunch I packed for them they never touch. Does anyone have any ideas? And the pre-school does not warm or refrigerate any of the children's food.

*Sandwiches still but cut them into fun shapes like stars, hearts, circles, etc. with cookie cutter. You can make turkey or cheese sandwiches.
*Cracker snacks-- saltines or ritz crackers, sliced cheese, and sliced turkey in separate spots that they can stack themself.
*Mini muffins-- make homemade, bake up a mix, or get some minis from the store.
*Mini bagel sandwiches-- spread some cream cheese and jam or peanut butter onto one half of a mini bagel and top with the other half.
*Kabobs-- skewer grapes, strawberries, cheese cubes, lean meats, cherry tomatoes, etc. onto a wooden skewer.

Have fun with it, there's lots of websites that have great ideas too!
