What non-perishable food is the heaviest per dollar?!

Question: I would think rice or beans would be the heaviest per dollar.

A dollars worth of rice or beans is easily 1 to 2 pounds... I've seen rice and beans for about $0.50 per pound.

Everything else I can think would weigh less.
For a dollars worth of beef jerky, it would be only a few ounces.
