Before , they will fill you up and you won't eatr so much of the unhealthy stuff.

I say eat fruit at all times of the day all day long

i don't think it matters

Fruit Before meals because it wont spoil your apatite

b4 so that you can fill up and won't have such a large appetite to eat unheathier foods and burn calories

in between meals.

Ilike fruit after meals, however You may find it better before meals, experiment.

Eat after meals to help digest food better...

they're great to start your breakfast with, when your tummy is just waking up.
but with lunch or dinner, it should be after, so you don't go looking for a sweet dessert

Before meals. If you are looking to eat less of your actual meal, try eating fruits high in fiber (like apples) because they keep you fuller for longer.
