What's the healthiest thing to eat for brekfast?!
Answers: I usually eat cereal with milk but I'm always hungry 20 minutes later.
A healthy breakfast doesn't not include bacon, butter and hash browns.
For the ultimate healthy breakfast have one cup of boiled Organic Steel Cut Oats, topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and half a cut banana.
Add protein with raw (as in not roasted) sliced almonds, or sprinkle 100% natural European or Canadian Whey protein powder. (Not American because they treat their cows with synthetic bovine growth hormones.)
This breakfast is balanced and complete. You do not need to drink juice, eating fruit is healthier, you do not need sugar. Bacon isn't something anyone should eat, and eggs are high in cholesterol.
high fibre cereal ,toast fruit and yogurt , eggs poached on toast 3 times a week
Yeah, cereal isn't the best thing to eat for breakfast.
I think the best thing is an egg with toast and a glass of orange juice. Maybe some fruit with it.
Oatmeal is great for your heart and low in fat, protein is necessary for the morning and some fruit with essential sugars and carbs for your morning. Delicious and energizing.
scramble eggs, bacon, hash browns, and buttered toast, add orange juice to that too
a vegetable juice followed by a fruit smoothie
filling and filled with enzymes!

I eat 100 percent bran buds (13 grams of fiber per serving. A serving is only 1/3 cup), and container of yogurt. Fiber really fills you up and I have found that I don't get hungry as often.
Some examples are:
1. Homemade oatmeal made with either milk or water with berries or raisins and walnuts. Sweeten it with honey and cinnamon and drink a glass of milk or OJ.
2. 1 egg or 2-3 egg whites scrambled with mixed veggies(i use peppers and onions), then I either use 2 slices of whole wheat bread or a whole wheat wrap to make a sandwich or burrito. I put in the scrambled eggs, romaine, salsa, lowfat cheese, and sometimes 2 slices of turkey bacon and then I drink a glass of OJ.
3. 2 slices of whole wheat toast or whole wheat wrap with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, a banana, and a little honey(opt.)Then I like to eat a nonfat togurt and a glass of milk or OJ.
4. Whole grain cereal (i like kashi the best) with a banana and a glass of OJ
5. Here are a few good smoothies that are great for breakfast or a snack
Berry Blast
1/2 cup milk
1 nonfat or lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2-1 cup either blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or a mix of these
ice
This is very good for protein, calcium, and fruit
1/2 cup milk or OJ
1 nonfat or lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2-1 cup berries
(not much difference except for the banana and the choice of OJ)
This next one sounds good, but I've never tried it before:
Peanut Butter Split Smoothie
1 banana
1/2 cup milk
vanilla or plain yogurt
1-1and 1/2 tbsps natural peanut butter
honey(opt)
ice(opt)
Hope you like these ideas :)
