Ok, you're working in 2 different measurement systems. Your ratio is 4:1:2. For a 16oz. glass you will need: 8oz. (1 Cup) juice, 2oz. (1/4 Cup) club soda and 4oz. (1/2 Cup) ginger ale.

For the gravy thyme is always good and if you have any herbes de provence that works well too.

For the drink:

The ratios seem to be approx. 3.75 parts juice, 1 part club soda, 2 parts ginger ale. So, in a glass pour about half of it with juice, add ginger ale to about 1/3 to the top, and finish with club soda. Taste first to see if that is ok.

For the spice... Try a different flavor with sage. It will be slightly more mild than rosemary. It really depends on what you will serve with the gravy.
