What is the diffrence between organic fruits and normal fruits nor organics vege. and normal vege.?!

Question: organic means it was grown without pesticides. When it was picked the person didnt use their bare hands. When you buy it out of the store they cannot have the organic foods touching anything that not organic or it is no longer considered organic. They cannot pull it out of the boxes with bare hands they have to keep hands covered or its not organic. Half the stuff people by that says organic if its fruit or veggies its not organic because no one is going to go through all that trouble regardless of its their job or not. The only thing organic is the stuff in cans. The only difference is the price. Organic foods are high as hell and half of it isnt even organic like it says.
