Answers: Is snacking between meals bad for yuu? Even if its like fruit and healthy stuff?? Thats what my dad says...
Snacking is actually good for you!! It is scientifically proven that it is better to grave moderately throughout the day rather than gorging on 3 full meals. Just make sure you are snacking on healthy things such as fruit, veggies and nuts. Also, try not to eat a couple of hours before going to bed because that is a quick way to gain weight!

Actually, smaller meals and more of them is very healthy and snacking on fruit between ordinary meals is definitely good for you.Your dad is out of date.
Some people do better on 5 or 6 small meals a day, and this is fine, as long as the food consumed is healthy and not too rich.
I can't see why it should be bad for you, provided you don't have too many calories in a day and start to put on weight.
Eating little and often is supposed to be good for you. Dependant on what you are eating obviousley.
