What's your favorite kind of cheese?!


Question: Well, let's see...it's hard to say...

If eating with apples, it's Sharp Cheddar or Brie.

With a little honey on it, you can't beat a nice fresh Ricotta.

Sandwiches:
Ham...Swiss
Turkey...Muenster
Roast Beef...Cheddar
Club...Provolone

Quiche:
Swiss with Ham and Broccoli
Cheddar with Ham
Aged Provolone with Dried Tomatoes
Bleu with Caramelized Onions

Pasta baked with Smoked Fresh Mozzarella.

Potatoes and Caramelized Onions baked with Gruyere.

These are a few of my favorite things...

Brie warmed for a few seconds in microwave and eaten with English water biscuits.

Mozzarella...esp on pizza its ooey gooey deliciousness

My favorite is a really sharp cheddar that hits you in the cheeks!!!!!!!! You know the kind, it makes your glands in your neck ache.!!!!!!!!!

Any cheese that melts and has a lot of flavor. I would croak if I ended up somewhere and cheese was a no no.

Mild cheddar cheese.:)

Its a colby cheddar-monteray jack blend. Mmmmm, smooth creamy yumminess!!

I love SWISS.
