Answers: I love Gourmet dinners because I love savoring the food, and enjoying the meal. I detest dinners that are on the go, now now now! type of dinners. I like a more relaxed, enjoyable dinner.

hi, i luff spag bol coz it tastes gorg x
My usual dinner isn't necessarily one i prefer, but this is what i cooked this evening. I boiled brown rice with turmeric, which i rarely have because it has to be thrown away if it isn't eaten due to the risk of food poisoning. To it i added tofu which was fried/boiled in a sauce consisting of onions, garlic, almonds, cloves, cinnamon, jalapeno peppers, fresh coriander, sesame seeds and chocolate. It is extremely unusual for me to eat chocolate because of the caffeine content. In fact, this is the first time in about ten years that i have consumed chocolate in any form.
Nutritional content:
Protein: rice, tofu.
Essential fatty acids: olive oil, chocolate.
Carbohydrate: rice.
Bulk: rice.
Vitamin A: jalapenos (not much at all actually)
B vitamins: rice, chocolate, coriander.
Vitamin C: jalapenos again, but not much again.
The other vitamins would be from other sources, e.g. vitamin K from intestinal bacteria, antioxidants from fruit and so on.
Iron: soya, chocolate.
Calcium: soya, sesame seeds.
Magnesium: coriander.
Boron and silicon: probably from rice.
Various other minerals mainly from sesame seeds.
Actually, this meal wasn't very good nutritionally, now i come to think of it, but it wasn't typical.
In terms of actions, it would have been carminative, bitter, anodyne, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and stimulated the circulatory systems and central nervous system, and would have been somewhat antidepressant.
