try swapping sweets for something abit healthier ... like raisans, dried fruit , nuts,..you are probably addicted to the sugar so with these suggestion you will still get the sweetness but are better for you
just dont eat'em!!!
totally eliminate. 21 days makes a habit.
good luck!
I know its hard. But if you go on a strict 'no sweets what-so-ever diet for about 2 weeks, then you wont even crave it anymore! trust me
try eating fruits instead. they are also sweet but its ok to eat them alot.
Start chewing sugar free gum. And too much of sweet isn't good for you at all.
eat grapes or strawberry
I have a big sweet tooth and if you are worried about gaining weight there are a few things that I do to either make wiser choices or at least get satisfied quicker. First of all DO NOT buy sweets. Don't have them in the house at all. Instead....buy cinnamon graham crackers, chocolate soy milk (which is way creamier and yummier anyway), smart pop kettle corn, Tillamook vanilla bean yogurt, low-fat or low-sugar ice cream, sugar free hard candy, fruit juice and fruits. When you find yourself wanting something sweet just grab a pear or an apple and then allow yourself to have dessert one a week.
It′s easy! eat fruit when you fancy sweets, especially sweet fruit such as plums, clementines, passion fruit, grapes, cherries. The natural sugar contained in them together with the amount of water will take your craving for sweets away.
You can get the sugar free ones, which are slightly healthier for your teeth, but they've normally got a chemical sweetener in them that causes laxative effects if you eat too many - certainly one cure for it! :o)
