Why do we like acidic foods better than bacis or bases foods?!

Question: why do they taste better
like sour foods than bitter foods

Answers: why do they taste better
like sour foods than bitter foods

In Nature fruits produce acids as part of the ripening process, so sour is a natural part of many foods. By the same token, alkaline chemicals in plants are almost always poisonous, so we associate bitter with bad, which is generally correct.

probably something to do with taste buds, but sour jelly beans are wayyyyy better than normal
