I made homemade apple cider last night but forgot to refrigerate it. Can I still drink it or should I toss it?!

Question: One night at room temperature will not be disastrous. There are some natural yeasts and bacteria which will start to grow and you've probably shortened the shelf life somewhat but nothing will hurt you. When the flavor starts to go off (and usually it will be a somewhat fruity flavor from fermentation) then I would throw it out. The pH is low enough that there are not pathogens that will survive. If you want to be extra cautious just heat it up to about 160 F for a minute and then cool it quickly.
