Does this sound healthy???!
Questions:
1. Do you think this sounds healthy??
2. And what exercise do I need to do in order to burn these off????
Please answer both questions. Thanks.
Answers: I drank a glass of skimmed milk for breakfast; grilled chicken with lemon sauce some cooked tomato for lunch; this weird soup for dinner, it's a traditional turkish soup, kinda hard to explain, like some pumpkin, corn and a different kind of cabbage that's dark coloured, i know it sounds awful but i actually tastes OK and a bowl of this is worth 69 calories. For snacks; I ate an orange, 3 mini chocolate chip cookies (really tiny) and drank a cup of cappucino (not really drank it though, just licked the frothy bit at the top and left the liquid part).

You need to eat more for breakfast.. With cappucino, all the calories are in the whipped cream or milk froth on top, so if you like the liquid, feel free to drink it- it's just coffee and it has no calories. Actually, you could stand to eat more in general- add more fruit, and more salad. You need at least 1200 kcal a day, even when you're dieting so that you don't lose muscle. 1400 kcal is an ideal diet, because you won't lose weight as fast, but it will make you change your eating habits over time.
Overall, your diet is not too unhealthy. Eating more for breakfast- adding multigrain cereal to your milk, and skipping the cookies would have made it healthier.
I am an avid runner, but I always recommend walking if you don't normally work out. I have no idea how long it'd take you to burn those calories off, since it depends on your weight, your fitness level, your age, even on the outside temperature. To stay healthy, you need at least 30 minutes a day.
You need to eat more for breakfast. Did you count your calories? Add some walking into your rountine.
its fine u don't need to burn it off just walk
1 i guess so it could be just a tiny bit unhealthy but mostly healthy (i think)
2 id say running or any of your fav. sports
It sounds ridiculous to be honest. People seem to forget that our bodies actually need calories to survive. Eat at least 1200 calories a day (no cookies), and start walking for cardio. Your body will get enough to survive and the walking will tone you and it is free.
if you chewed that should be all the exercise you need to burn that off.
You only ate about 500-600 calories. You need at least 1500/day to stay healthy.
Search on the web for "Basal Metabolic Rate calculator." This will tell you how many calories you should have each day. Subtract 500 from it each day if you want to lose weight in a healthy manner (3500 calories = 1 pound fat).
Cardio and weight lifting (you don't have to lift heavy) is needed. I recommend 30 mintues each, 5 days/week. I recommend you maintain a heart rate of about 125 beats/minutes and do weight training, you should burn at least 400 extra calories per day and this exercise will increase your Basal Metabolic Rate.
As far as what you ate, that is healthy. Just eat more per day and keep the fat low and carbs low. Save your carb ating for after your workout when your muscles need them the most. Extra carbs convert to sugar and can lead to weight gain.
There are many websites that will tell you how much carbs/fat/protein you should be having each day.
Hope this helps!

please
what If you did not know how to read or have TV - Radio to fill your head..
if that story is any kind of diet you follow watch your weight..
that sounds great, not many calories AT ALL. also runing/walking helps a lot with diets and stuff so try walking at least a mile per day. Good luck!
