How long after the expiration date do you keep the food/drinks?!
Your milk, pancake batter mix, ice cream, eggs, salsa dip. You know......
Answers: Just bored.
Your milk, pancake batter mix, ice cream, eggs, salsa dip. You know......
honestly bored...
just as long as it smells and tastes good
i don't want to get sick but i don't want to throw away the money i spent either
the best way to nip this in the bud is to buy edibles according to your eating habits
from experience sealed bottles, jars, cans usually last a long time in the cabinet; if opened because of air it goes bad quickly
freezing is good as long as you put it in freezer bags
remember if you see frost then get rid of it
milk lasts longer when it's cold; try the top shelf of your fridge in the back right hand corner
pancake batter mix - try powder form and mix only what you need.
the powder will last
ice cream - if you see frost throw it out
eggs last (for me) forever
salsa dip will last as long as the seal isn't broken; once it is then refridge it
the smartest thing you can do is to buy more of what you need and less of what you want and...
NEVER SHOP HUNGRY
less then a week
if its past its date i throw it out
milk eggs, throe out immediately, everything else... 2 weeks to a month
almost.......never
like 2 days after
Until they smell or taste bad.
None of it unless its been fozen till after the ex date then use in a few days.
1 second
0 days
usually a couple of days
I throw them away the day they expire
I guess I have a type of phobia for expired things
=D
how ever long you want.....just dont eat them... they expired
well depends on the item. like a week or two. i know peanut butter can go longer after expiration than milk so you got to look at it like that
Milk- a day or until is smells (slightly)
Ice cream- usually stays for awhile.
Anything with dairy- same as milk.
few days only not for a week.
anything under a week
never over a week yuckooo
except milk i do like a day max haha idk milk is just like extra yucky after the date idk why maybe it's psychological?
you don't!!! thats pretty gross!! lol
Well if its the Expiration date, to be safe i get rid of it.
If its a sell by date, then i'll keep for like 3 more days.
I also know how to tell if something is bad or not.. You just have to pay attention to what good food looks and smells like.
until they are completely dissolved
Well, as long as its not chunky..
i throw it out the day of exp. or the day after exp.
Milk, eggs, and ice cream - never. Everything else. maybe a month.
I'm bored too :o)
if it doesnt look normal den u throw it out as soon as possible but if its not keep it for like 1 day
I'm up at midnight throwing them out.
If the clocks are being reset back an hour, I throw things out at 11 p.m. You can't be too careful.
Zero- probably safe but why take a chance, Only takes one mishap to cost you a lot.
I ate some refrigerated eggs that were 2 weeks out of date, they were fine
i had a bad experience with expired milk. now i NEVER use keep anything passed it's expiration date. i'm even a little weary to eat anything nearing it's expiration date--especially if it's been opened and allowed to sit there
nope.. why to keep it once its expired..! yak.. it goes to the bin not in the kittchen anymore..
Till it turns a nice color of pink.
i dont keep anything after the expiration. many drinks have a sell by date. i keep those 2- 3days after.
