How much better is fresh lobster to previously frozen.?!

Question: I already know fresh tastes better, but if you had to assign a number, would you say it tastes 20%, 30% etc... better?

Like any other product, lobster is flash frozen at it's peak of flavor and quality. It allows the lobster meat to be transported great distances without loss of quality.

It is the distributor and final preparer of the frozen lobster - or any other frozen food - who are responsible for loss of quality and flavor. By allowing it to thaw and refreeze, or by not using it as soon as it is thawed, the quality of the product can quickly deteriorate.

Properly handled, you'd have a hard time being able to tell the difference between a frozen food item that has been defrosted, and the fresh original.

30% better.

i would say fresh lobster it 95% better! i personally think that if your gonna eat lobster make sure it is fresh not frozen
