I love chicken, but beef enchiladas are better.
not ground beef, but steak enchiladas would be my preference.
I prefer beef enchiladas and only eat chicken ones if they are made with all white meat - I can't stand dark meat, it makes me sick.
It wouldn't really matter w/ me, but... if there was a gun to my head, & I had to choose, I'd choose beef &/or steak enchiladas.
