Does lunchmeat like coldcuts have any food value?!


Question: No, not much. When I buy lunchmeat, it is from the deli only. Turkey breast and chicken breast are really good for you. Deli ham is a good choice also. Too many preservatives and additives in the pre-packaged kind.

Most have a good amount of protein, but they are usually loaded with fat and/or salt.
