Craving caffeine (can't have it)?!


Question: well i have some stomach thing. i can't drink caffeine or sweets or alcohol. these things are just what makes me happy basically.

how do i replace them? i'm craving them and i feel depressed and empty.

I suggest that you try getting your "high" from working out...the release of chemicals your brain gives you after a run, swim, or similar is just like the buzz you get from a coffee or some chocolate...only it's better for you.

Start smoking, actually no dont do that

For a start, DON'T BE SILLY! You don't need any of these things to make you happy. From experience, they might mask the problem temporarily but if it's there it'll not go away. I find that when I feel depressed getting out of the house and seeing peple really helps or going somewhere big and populated to do some shopping also if you're craving things think why you're craving them? Is is because you associate having a bad day have some coffee?!? Whatever the reasons try and find oyur pattern and change it ;-)

Chocolate actually has small amounts of caffeine, and it shouldn't upset your stomach too much.
