How long does a potato last in the fridge?!


Question: It's one of those plastic covered microwave potatoes... Its been in there 2 weeks +..... It looks fine?

A month.No more.Fresh potatoes last a loooong time.
Cammie, If that potato was microwaved 2 wks ago and plastic wrapped and refrigerated ~ it should be fine to eat...
Since they only take approx 4 minutes to cook in a micro, are there any more that you can make fresh?? If so, I'd toss the old and make a fresh one.
