I cut an onion in half and the layers are much thicker than usual and it looks weird too, would you use it?!

Question: The inside looked kind of weird too, but their wasn't any bruising on the outside and it didn't seem rotten when I bought it. Is this safe to eat?

See if it smells normal. Or even try a little bite of it.
Overall, if it's something that you wouldn't trust, don't do it.

some onion molds can be toxic, onions are cheap so i would pitch it and use a good one

if you don't like it don't use it. why do have to bring other people into this?

nah they are still fine to eat :)

Don't risk it... better safe then sorry right??

It looks just fine from here!
