What is bullied beef and beef jerky?!
Answers: and corned beef if you know anything about it?
Beef Jerkey is dried meat. Jerkey is any kind of meat (deer, bear, beef, etc.) that has been sun dried or freeze dried and will last a long time without refrigeration. I like it a lot, but it is like eating leather.
Chunks of dead cow. Ew.
"Bully beef" was WW1 slang for tinned corned beef, which was mostly fat anyway.
Beef jerky has been marinated and smoked. Traditionally it was dried, but now it's all done industrially.
Corned beef is soaked in a brine solution containing many spices such as bay, allspice, peppercorns etc. for about a week. The brisket is usually used for corning. The name comes from the peppercorns etc. used.
Dead cow. Tastes nice though
