Does anyone else notice a distinct taste difference between hominy and hominy grits?!

Question: I like hominy but really dislike grits.

I never thought of it, but you are right. I like both. I eat grits with a little margerine and brown sugar. Yum. Hominy? I love the weird texture of the little suckers.
