i dont know about quick but u can eat corn flakes with bananas, there delicious!!
I really like Special K bars. They come in several different flavors now and only have 90 calories per bar. My favorite is the peach and berries.
If you have 5 minutes to prepare and eat...try instant oatmeal.
Oatmeal is one of the very best and healthiest things you can eat! and it comes flavored or do what I do, just cook the plain type and cover it with a 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce Yum!!! And so healthy for you :-)
