My questions is, anyone know any other UNIQUE cheeses from small towns?
Answers: Specifically, I was wondering if you could post info on any 'local cheeses' produced in your area. Here in Michigan there is a small town named Pinconning, which is famous for cheese and one special aged colby named Pinconning Cheese for the town. It isn't very famous outside the area.

One I was hearing a bit about was Penn Cheese. But they only specializ in Baby Swiss =(
