How many sausages do you eat a week?!

Question: Well i just ran a bratwurst sand as a special at the rest. so i've had three this week. I also use a lot of andouille sausage cut up in sauces and stews.

I like sausages, but I don't eat them often, due to concerns about fats and its impact on our health. I might have sausage once every three months -- if that. And when I do have them, I love them. I just wish they didn't have as much fat.
