Twinkies, snowballs, popcorn, potato chips, popsicles, chips. No McDonald's yet but my Dad owned a "drive-in" restaurant, so there were plenty of french fries and frappes around when we were there. Here's an odd one, my grandmother used to give me a plate with molasses on it and a piece of wonder bread to dip for snack and I loved it!

I was born in the late 60s, and we ate McDonald's and Burger King- they were around back then too. But we didn't drink Coke when I was little (talking 1970-71) we had Frank's soda which I think was an east coast thing?

My mom baked every day, so we had homemade cakes and cookies and pies. But in grade school I had snack size puddings (with metal lids ha ha) and snack bags of Cheetos and Lay's chips in my lunch. Most of the same stuff kids eat now. Tastykakes too!

The word would be eat not "ate". The 60's version would be the same thing. Food has not changed that much.

For me it was:
60's-Little Debbie Cakes
70's-Little Debbie Cakes
80's-Little Debbie Cakes
90's-Little Debbie Cakes

(I added the 80s and 90's to show that I am consistent, as well as loyal.) :)

Whatever I ate in a past life. Sorry I don't remember it.
