nope I dont' even know what it is.
I know what it is , and I do not want to eat pig brain in anything.
Pig brain and snout and ears in a gelatinous goop? No thanks.
Ewwww, never eaten it. But I know alot of people who do. My granny makes hers using pig ears and some other stuff. I have no idea WHAT. UUUGH.
