Is White chocolate the only chocolate you can color?!
Answers: I'm a bit confused by this. I don't know if white chocolate is the only chocolate you can color. Is it possible for me to color regular chocolate without painting the mold?
White chocolate is not technically chocolate.
'Since white chocolate contains neither cocoa solids nor chocolate liquor (cocoa mass), it does not meet the standard to be marketed as chocolate in many countries. Regulations also govern what may be marketed as "white chocolate": In the United States, since 2004, white chocolate must be at least 20% cocoa butter (by weight), at least 14% total milk solids, at least 3.5% milk fat, and less than 55% sugar or other sweeteners. Before this date, U.S. firms required temporary marketing permits to sell white chocolate. The European Union has adopted the same standards, except that there is no limit on sugar or sweeteners.
Chocalate can not be colored except to other shades of chocolate with slight tints. The white chocolate can be colored.
i am pretty sure white chocolate (which isnt actually chocolate) is the only one you can color. i know that in like live action shows you find at amusement parks, if there is blood being spit out of the mouth, they color chocolate milk with something. if it's possible with choclate milk, it should be possible with regular chocolate, right? i'm not sure how they did it though.
yup
