I love chinese and mexican

Eating out: Chinese Buffet or Prime Rib of Beef.
Eating at home: Italian Pasta or Steak.

Some of my favorites are chili, spaghetti, Fried chicken or pork chops, BBQ chicken, ribs or pork chops, baked chicken breasts or pork chops either by themselves or in a casserole using rice and cream of mushroom soup or over stuffing, beef roast, pork roast, ham, lasagna, bean or pea soup, stew, macaroni and cheese, tacos, burritos... To go with an entree, smashed, baked, Au Gratin or Scalloped potatoes, rice, noodles, Perogi, Tater Tots, French Fries, steamed veggies, salad, hot rolls/biscuits, corn bread, macaroni and cheese, potato and/or macaroni salad... Then there is take out: pizza, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, KFC...

Also, you can make meatloaf with smashed potatoes and steamed whole/French-style green beans or baby carrots.
