poor vinegar over your hands or rub your hands with salt. Its a chef secret.

Try soaking in milk or cover your fingers in a paste of milk and baking soda.

Cut open a fresh lemon. Stick your fingers into it and make sure to get some of the juice under your nails. Then wash your hands. You can do this again and it should help. I do this everytime I cook with jalopeno peppers.

get freezing ice water and leave them in their gor about 18 minutes it should work

I have heard that a paste of baking soda will help cut the sting. In the mean time, don't touch your private parts.

First of all wear plastic gloves or put a plastic bag over your hands .since you have alread burnid your hands ,put alot of salt and detergent on your hands and gently rub it in , let soak in warm water and then rinsh and pat dry

I can't help you with your solution, but to prevent this from happening again, put on gloves before you start to cut your peppers.

Ouch!

Do this over the sink....

Take some cold milk, put it in the bottom of a wide bowl and place both hands in it for a couple minutes, then take your hands out and hold them over the sink to drip for three minutes or so.

Then rinse your hands with cool water and dump the milk from the bowl down the drain..... Repeat with fresh milk and a clean bowl if needed.

You don't need to waste a lot of milk , just enough to dip your hands in and move them around..

soaking your hands in tomato sauce will take the sting away, don't know why, but here in NM wee peel alot of hot greeen chile and so yeah, our hands are on fire all the time! next time use rubber gloves, the kind you wash dishes with, because let me tell you from experience, if you happen to rub your eyes, well, I think you know, and even a trip to the ladies room will be painful if you have Jalapenos on your hands!
