Whats your food heaven and food hell?!
Answers: my food heaven is most things spicey my food hell is bread and butter pudding, makes me want to gag just thinking about it.
My food heaven is spaghetti Bolognese, preferably my homemade version, but I really love any pasta. I could live on it 7 days a week, but of course I don't.
My food hell is kidneys, liver, hearts, cockles, winkles, mussells, just the thought of it makes me want to throw up and of course avocados.
heaven = cauliflower cheese
hell = live and onions
Fish and chips are heaven to me....marzipan is hell.
Food heaven is curry takeaway on a Saturday night in front of the telly or hot buttered toast and tea on a cold morning. Food hell is anything sweet really - or celery yuk!
Food heaven is chiken tikki kebabs I have it every saturday night and sometimes 3 nights in a row.... i love it.
Food hell is sweetcorn I can't stand having it in my mouth...eurgh!....and mustard.....and gerkins...and custard...alot of things....I'm very picky! :)

My hell food would have to be Liver (from any source) GROSS!!
my food hell are prawns or any other sea foods like snails, octapuses etc. My heaven has to be choclate cake hmmmmmm but my ultimate heaven would be where I was either not interested in much food or it had no calories

heaven- pizza, cashew/pistaccio nuts, bacon sarnies and hobnobs!
hell- olives (bleurgh!), chillies, avocado and bananas.
heaven: roast chicken, cashew nuts, houmous, cheese, rice pudding, seafood
hell: red meat (gag!), fried food, spicy food, mayonnaise, really sweet desserts
chinese is my favourite. but like most food.
I don't like offal of any kind.
Hell is mushrooms and cheese, Heaven is anything with chocolate.....

I abide by the Cantonese HK artistic standards of food enjoyment, as they have the renowned title of "Food Heaven": ANY food (Thai, Japanese, Chinese, French, Vietnamese, American, etc.) that meet these criterias:
----TEXTURE [fresh seafoods (lobsters, female crab, Alaskan King Crab), fresh Sushi, fresh crisp vegetables, fresh fluffy rice; ANY and EVERY meal must be freshly cooked, NO LEFTOVERS]
----visually balanced colors, arranged in beautiful array (the various colors that complement each other perfectly, often found in Chinese food)
----the artistic arrangement of representation
----the aroma MUST entice the appetite
----perfectly balanced tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy; each taste MUST balance and enhance one another; salty offsets the bitter; sour contrasts/enhances the sweet; but too spicy anything numbs the tongue too much to be able to taste anything; spicy level "Thai Hot" is waay too spicy for the tongue to taste the food; and too much Wasabi also desensitizes from Sushi)

Food hell: MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE (MSG)
----A food allergy for me, as this ingredient directly causes migraine headaches and possible ER hospitalization as a result of migraine-related seizures.
----Unfortunately, MANY foods and even sauces contain MSG, including, but are not limited to, the entire Progresso brand soups. Even chinese restaurants that advertise "No MSG" can use soy sauces and/or oyster sauces that do contain MSG. Yet the restaurant owners and workers might not even know this fact, as they don't check the ingredients list.
Food Heaven - Traditional Japanese Restaurant. To hell with the frufru rolls and soy paper. I want Hamachi Kama, Onigiri and umeboshi.
Food Hell - Bubba-Gumps. Nasty, horrible, fake, deep-fried complete trainwreck, shoe-maker wannabe slop.
HEAVEN ............................ Chinese Hong Kong Sweet & Sour ( or a cold passands curry) I know I'm weird.
HELL ................................... Brussel sprouts in any way shape or form.
Good British home cooking, the worst are Curry's made in restaurants with rat and mice droppings added, and there are plenty.
