Stainless steel cookware vs. nonstick?!
Answers: If you're going to buy a professional set of cookware, would you go with the steel or nonstick?
Stainless is better. I've heard the nonstick is not a healthy choice since a little of the coating ends up in your food every time you cook. Get stainless and use some Pam nonstick spray.
