All natural cheese is un pasteurized. The only pasuerized "cheese" is stuff like sliced cheese and Velveeta.

Many varieties of cheese can be found unpasteurized, it depends on where you're buying it from. In the supermarket they tend to pasteurize as much as possible, whereas a farm shop may not. Whilst you need to be careful, buy pre-packaged cheeses that will clearly state on the label whether they are pasteurized.

Different places will give you different advice as to which cheeses are OK, but as well as unpasteurized cheeses, soft or mould ripened cheeses have been put on some experts 'avoid' lists due to a slim risk of listeria. So following this advice, you shouldn't eat any of the cheeses you mentioned.
