I ate too much and feel sick?!
2 egg whites on a whole wheat english muffin with some salsa
then a couple hours later a little snack of fiber1 cereal
then a couple hours later some carrots
then a lil later a piece of whole wheat bread with turkey and lettuce and mustard and an apple
then i came home and had a small portion of whole wheat pasta and marinara sauce
then i got some groceries and was so excited to have peanut butter that i ate like..3/4 of a jar of smuckers.. now my stomach literally stings it hurts so much and im like reeally lethargic all of a sudden
any explanation or advice? is it possible to make urself allergic to something by eating too much, cuz ive heard of that

No, that doesn't sound right. You just feel sick because you ate so much of a very heavy, thick, high-protein, high-fiber and high-fat food. It sounds like you weren't eating "good" all day, you were actually restricting your diet (are you on a diet, perchance?) And when you purchased tempting, 'non-diet' food, you binged on it. Yes, a binge would equal 3/4 of a jar of peanut butter. I think you should try to include indulgent food into your everyday life to avoid a situation where you feel hungry and so depraved from eating 'diet food' that you gorge yourself. Don't worry, I do that a lot when I'm dieting too... or I find myself drying to the store to get some soy ice cream... *Sigh*
Okay. Not to be mean u ate a lot. I hope u don't eat that much all the time. Not to be mean. Yeah I've heard that two but i doubt it. Take a nap.
As a rocket scientist and a brain surgeon, my suggestion would be that it was quite possible the peanut butter was a tad too much LoL
Your stomachs probably just too full and your body is doing a lot of work digesting all of that food which is making you tired.

high fiber and peanuts (since peanuts are really beans/legumes).. you are going to have a severe case of gas later..
Id go on a yogurt fast tomorrow.. eat some plain yogurt at least to calm your digestive system and nothing harsh to keep the gas going..
