What makes me crave Pasta ?!

Question: And no, I am not pregnant. :)

Answers: And no, I am not pregnant. :)

Your body is needing/craving the carbs!!!!!!!!!

It's a comfort food.

hmm i dunno wierd

lol, sometimes I do too, maybe your lacking starch in your diet?

Cause its nummy! =D You probably enjoy the energy giving from this food, it's great to eat and its a power house of energy.

My Grandma always said if you have a craving that it is your body's way of telling you that you need it (whatever your craving for)

Maybe you're hungry?

Right now I'm craving a bowl of cereal, and I'm not pregnant either. But that could just be because I'm a guy...

Make a big pot of sauce with meatballs and sausage, eat a ton of it, and bag and freeze the rest.

Pasta is loaded with carbs. People LOVE carbs, they taste amazing and they satisfy quickly. I eat it a lot, though I've cut back a lot since I'm now trying to get my weight down for a pageant. However, carbs are also quickly used up (thats why they make us feel energized to fast, but it won't last long) If you want to stay satisfied longer try whole wheat pasta, or foods with more fiber and protein.

pasta is terrible(ly good)... the more you eat the more you want.
I've lived in and out of Italy for many years and when i fist went there I could never get enough pasta. I'd eat 120 gram servings and sometimes even more!! Now, in order to help me maintain my weight I now don't eat more than 80 grams at a time AND go light on the sauce.
When I'm on vacation and especially when in Sicily I'll eat the bigger portions but as I said, on the whole it's better to eat smaller plate sizes.

I crave pasta all the time. I think it's because I'm Italian though :o)

its being delicious

your body is wanting carbohydrates

well when you thing of something that sounds good your taste buds whats it and your tummy wants it to. So your mind says Pasta or what ever you are craving
