Depends on what restaurant you are eating from. I too love Caesar dressing and agree that it is very hard to find a store bought brand that is any good. I find that the ones that contain anchovy seem to be the best. I have been a chef for years and any restaurant I have worked in that made their on Caesar made sure and used anchovy in it and some store brands do not.

I haven't got one but I know most people who make their own, adapt the basic dressing to suit themselves or their customers.
My suggestion would to find the original and adapt it to suit you.

I agree with the poster who says Cardinis. I am fussy about my caesar dressing also and this is the only kind I like.......
I don't know about Ceasar dressing...
But if anyone is looking for something like Ranch dressing, get one called Green goddess, it taste just like Ranch but is better for you!!!!
