What's better "bone-in" or no bone Prime Rib?!
Answers: Is one eaiser to cook or taste better?
Bone-in, by far. I have always felt that the bone adds to the flavor of the meat during the cooking process. The same is true of ribeyes.
I like sucking the meat off the b one!!
Bone in. It cooks faster and the meat around the bone is always so tender and moist.
I like the no bone prime. I havent noticed a big difference in taste but it is easier to deal with...
i prefer not wasting money on bone weight
get a boneless. they're wonderful
bone in def
The boneless doesn't take as long to cook, but the bone-in has much more flavor, I think,,
I like it with the bone in better. Seems to have a slight better flavor to me and tends not to overcook as easily. It is really expensive, of course, but it is SO worth it a couple of times a year!!!
I like boneless cuts of meat, but have been told that the area right near the bone is the most tenderest part of the meat.
I feel that any part of a prime rib is pretty good!!
Bon Apetit!!
prime rib is prime rib. It's all prime!
Bone in will keep the meat juicier.
It really is a matter of choice but I do like the bone. What I do is ask the butcher to cut the bone off for me & tie it back on. I get all of the flavour I want for my gravy and it makes slicing the beef really easy - I cut down between the bones & serve on a separate plate as in my family they have always enjoyed anything on a bone there is something very satisfying about getting your hands into your food. This has probably true since fire was discovered, maybe even before that.
Bone In...It will be more tender and juicy!!
