I get mine from LIDL and deep fry them in oil and they are the best i have ever tried.

Deepfatfryer, in veggy oil, 4-5 minutes (less if thin type)

hand cut, wedge shaped, but fairly thick, so that the potatoe inside is hot and soft and almost fluffy, with a golden browned skin on the outside....
with enough vinegar to keep the 'tang' but not overpower....

Crinkly oven chips, I have a deep fat fryer but usually only use it for deep fried Southern chicken

i like that fat ones that are a bit soft and greasy.
