Whats the best type of cheese out there?!

Question: shredded mozzarella

Answers: shredded mozzarella

All types. Cheese are one of my faves.

But i'm gonna have to go with swiss, wedge and grated cheese.

i had this cheese called flagship cheddar. its beautiful, its not that cheddary actually, and its more of a pale color, but it has actual small salt deposits from the cave its grown in. it doesnt affect the cheese in an intense way, it tastes good with honeycrisp apples too.

I LOVETH THY CHEESE.

Depends on what it's for, like cooking/melting, eating by itself or on sandwiches, etc.

For sandwiches: cheddar (melted or cold), provolone (melted better but cold OK0, swiss (melted or cold).

For adding to casseroles: cheddar, four-cheese blends (Mexican), six-cheese blends (Italian)

Just to eat all by itself: my personal favorites are the BabyBel and BonBel cheeses that come in individual little "wax wheels." There's a lower-fat version of BabyBels that's pretty decent, too. Havarti and Gouda are also yummy by themselves or with crackers.

I gotta go get a piece of cheese now...

Whatever yuo like.

i like
Blue Stilton
Feta
Swiss
Jarlsberg
A cheddar so sharp it cuts your tongue off

brie - plain, on crackers, on good bread, baked, with wine - oh, it's delicious

Meunster is my fav.

Camembert

Aged Swiss

It depends on what you are into. If you like semi-soft, I recommend havarti. On warm bread its killer. If you're into funk go for a blue cheese. White cheddar is very good. And yes, you must go to Central Market if you are near one, they have a cheese section that will knock you off your feet.
