You can use your pastry tips in the corner of plastic sandwich bags. Snip off a corner, insert the desired tip into the cut section an then fill and pipe away. Both WalMart and KMart have kitchen sections that would have disposable bags at a reasonable cost. If you need new tips that will end up being more expensive but purchase the best ones that you can even if you only get one at a time. These will last a lifetime. I am using some from my Grandmother, a professional cook, and have had them for a number of years (I'd be telling my age if I said how many years.)

online, like amazon and ebay

I use ziploc bags and snip a hole in the corner for my simple pastry bag needs. I guess you could also buy a can of whipped cream, rip off the top, and attach that to a plastic bag with a hole cut in it, using a bunch of rubber bands.
