If you are talking about a Food Handler's Permit, go to the Community Center, thta's where I got mine. If they can't give you one, go to the courthouse and ask where the classes are held. usually twice each month. if you're talking about a resturaunt permit, the courthouse. and then you'll have to let me know so I can eat there, lol
