My aunt has the best creamy cucumbers!! sliced, red onion sliced, chunks of fresth tomatoes, white vinegar, real mayonaise, & sugar! mix the last 3 together until you get the taste you want, & desired amount for the # of slices... chill & enjoy... great for summer time cookouts!
I like to make cold cucumber salads with dill, slice them and top them with crab salad, or make cucumber sandwiches.
I like them with lemon and chili powder.
or you can make cold cucumber soup, which is really tasty.

I like to slice them and mix them with sour cream and some onion slices.
i put them in salads and eat them plain with ranch

i cut em into slices or chunks and add slices of tomato then mix in dressing and salt and pepper.......yummy!!
I slice them up with some tomatos and sprinkle on a little kosher salt. mmmmm.
I love cucumbers by themselves sprinkled with salt. But, if you had to dress them up....cucumbers with plain yogurt>lemon juice>garlic>mint or cilantro
slice them up sprinkle with a little bit of salt and squeeze lemon juice on it
You can always add them to a sandwich instead of lettuce or use both. They also make a great garnish- use a regular knife or the v-shaped tool. The little tool is inexpensive.
I like them chopped finely and sprinkled with soy sauce.

Make a raita by chopping them up and mixing into natural yoghurt, lightly sprinkled with cumin. Goes well with curry and rice.
This is one of our family favorites:
You buy a large container of whipped cream cheese
mix a package of the DRY Good Seasonings Italian Dressing into it. Let it sit a few hours or overnight
Spread it on cocktail rye (the small square kind) top with a slice of cucumber.
It's absolutely yummy.
