Too much sugar from any source is not good for you. Limit your intake.

It's only raw honey that's good for you. Once it's been processed all of the beneficial properties are destroyed and it's just a sugar paste. Raw honey is antibacterial and full of antioxidants.

if you eat local honey it supposed to help with allergies

try Manuka honey, from new zealand, more anti-bacterial than any other honey

a teaspoon of honey in a mug o hot water,sipping it .about 3/4 times a day gets rid of a sore throat
