Answers: one small apricot when i wake up, then an hour later an egg on a mutigrain muffin and a small skinny coffee. what do you think?
That's okay, not much fibre though. You could a grilled tomato or some spinch with the egg for extra nutrients.

yes its perfect but i would watc the butt i eat tat every day for break fast and then other stuff i think is healthy and i have to go to the gym to work it off so watch how big ur butt is getting

Excellent choice of food, let us all hope that your bones last you into adulthood and that when you get osteoporosis from being a veggie it wont hurt too much. And NO supplements will not help regardless of what the purveyors of such crap tell you to the contrary
