No more coffee?!
I was a regular drinker and then the taste and smell has turned my stomach. I'm not pregnant as my friends suggest.
Anyway my point is even though I didn't enjoy the taste all too much I was still pushing myself to see if I could drink a cup and would only get through a few sips before dumping it down the drain. I last had coffee on Monday. On Tuesday evening I endured a massive headache, the worst I've had a very very long time, had to go to bed before 8 pm. (For me that's crazy) Well yesterday, this stupid headache came back again in the evening and it dawned on me that my body is going through caffine withdrawl. I can't endure another headache like this.
How long am I going to have to deal with this?
Any suggestions on what to do?

You poor thing.....I've gotta have my Java! Have you tried some warm tea in the morning? Also, how much coffee did you use to drink to get such a bad headache. I have gone without (not by my choice) on occassion, and never experienced the bad headache thing (only drink 1-2 cups in the morning). If you drink more than I do, then you might try cutting back each day until you no longer drink any (even if you don't want it anymore). Good luck, honey!
You're supposed to WEAN yourself from caffeine. Have a little bit each day, with milk and sugar if that's what it takes. Or, switch to tea.
sme problem, i moved to caffeine pills
Drink a cup of pure warm water with a quarter to a half a teaspoon of the hottest cayenne (chili) powder you can find in it. It thins the blood so you get more oxygen to the brain and you never ever get headaches of any kind ever again as long as you keep it up.
Try tea or a couple of sodas during the day. If your stomach would tolerate it, some OTC pain killers have caffeine in them (Bayer, Midol) so you could try some of those, just take the minimal dosage - if it says two every six hours take one every six hours. Try this for a couple of days.
Do pay attention to your health and what you've been eating and drinking over the next few days as it's odd to suddenly go off coffee. See your doctor if you develop new symptoms.
