Apparently you don't hate pork then. Use this as a lesson and don't be afraid to try different foods, even if you think you don't like them.

No, I don't hate pork. I like pork.

sounds like you do like pork as long as it's cooked right

I guess you hate pork every way but the way she cooked it.
Then you stop being a drama queen.

Guess you don't hate pork as much as you thought since you ate it and liked it.

Keep it to yourself.Spare her feelings!

MMmmmmmmmmmmmmm PIG

the other white meat

If you liked it you obviously don't hate pork, you just have not had pork done the way you like it. If you choose not to eat pork because of religion or you don't like killing pigs, then she should have told you, but that does not mean you wouldn't like it to taste.

You sit back and think to yourself, "Hmmmm....maybe I don't dislike pork as much as I thought. Maybe I should get the recipe from my friend. That WAS a good dish!"

If its a simple misunderstood dislike of the meat, then there's no harm.

If you have ethical or religious qualifiers that forbid you from eating pork, then I would seriously tell your friend in the kindest terms possible that it was NOT cool, and please don't do it again. But chances are, your friend would know you well enough not to mess with you in that fashion.

Don't be mad at the friend, she was nice enough to provide you with food. Next time, check with the cook as to what you're eating. You're responsible for what you put in your mouth. Just chock this one up to experience.
