Fruit smoothie recipes?!
Answers: Do you have any good recipes? I only know how to make a banana shake and an orange sorbet shake. Is there anything else that is easy to make? I don't like any type of melons (honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, etc.). I love bananas and any type of citrus fruit. I want them to be easy to make and NON alcoholic (only 18).
Oh! I am smoothie queen!
Carob: (like a milk shake only good for you!)
1/4 c. soymilk
1/2 c. yogurt
1/2 banana
2 tablespoons carob
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Sunrise: (will keep your energy zooming!)
whole peeled orange (remove all the white parts)
banana (frozen if you want it more creamy/cold)
1/4-1/2 c. apple juice or soy milk (your choice)
1/2 c. crushed pineapple in their own juice
2 tablespoons almonds, flax, or peanut butter
Mama mama:
3/4 c. vanilla or chocolate milk (I like rice)
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
let these set in the blender for 15 minutes
1/2-1 banana
1/4 c. yogurt
optional: cinnamon or cloves
Good stuff!
add Funyons. Blend.
We've recently been experimenting with watermelon & bananas. I read a recipe that called for watermelon & grapefruit juice; since I don't care for the juice we substitute other juices like apple-cranberry. But just toss stuff into the machine and see what comes out. Keep track of your trials and save the recipes for the ones you like.

Mmmmmmm! I make a smoothie and NEVER use a recipe! lol! but this is what i do.....about! this is for 1 serving:
1. add 4-7 frozen strawberries
2. add ABOUT 1 1/2 tbs yogurt
3. add some milk.......not to much. you can add mor later if it is too thick.
4. add 1 peeled, frozen banana
5. also add a little little splash of oj...(orange juice!)
7. blend............pour.........sip and.......ahhhhh!
You could also add a handful of blueberries instead of strawberries.
Try different things, you can NEVER mess up a smoothie!

just peel any fruit you like, add them to the machine, and blend them. you can serve them with a frappe of ice (crushed ice) or else blend with milk or natural yougurths.
